The cold brew coffee maker looks great, but with no instructions - who knows if we've even put the contraption together correctly, let alone how to brew the coffee! I had to chase up my order, that took 2 weeks to arrive, rather than the 3 days promised online and as it was a Christmas present, this made the delay even more frustrating. Then, when it finally arrived, to have no instructions, just takes the mick! I've chased up the company via Instagram but have yet to have any results. Now, I just wish I'd gone for a slightly less aesthetically pleasing product from Amazon, at least the service and products are guaranteed.
